Ordered Medium size, sling bag in which one utility pouch was included. After receiving the package, the utility pouch was missing.. Surprisingly there was no defect in the packaging, then there is no question of someone taking it out during shipping. Immediately i raised the request about it... Sent the proper unboxing video to them. But It's been almost a week.. Didn't get any response from the team. Called them thrice still they say we are checking the investigation is running.
