good job on the product but service could be improved

I had ordered Airplane mode 001 which was supposed to be polarized but i received the non-polarized version and y'all charged me for the exchange, which you initiated after I pointed it out. so, in essence you charged me for your mistake. product is great but sort your inventory out :)

The overall looks, quality, and the design of the frame, etc is very good. The product I got was as I was expecting. Just one thing I want to mention is the size of frame is bit smaller than I was expecting

Disappointed

It has been 2 months I am tracking this particular product ( product information and photo attached to the mail ) facing an issue regarding product availability. Could you please see to this problem and solve it from your end. As it is very disappointing that every time I try to buy the product and it always shows not available, not expecting this kind of service from brand like urban monkey. It is very shocking as well as shows poor service performance. Kindly update this review with the customer service center. Hopefully you’ll solve this issue and help me with the same.
