I’m quite disappointed with the customer service experience. I never received any response to the notes I shared through the app, and replies on WhatsApp came after a long delay. For a brand that charges such a high premium compared to the market—and is still relatively new and lesser known—I expected much better service. I genuinely liked the brand story, which is why I placed my order, but unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing and will likely be my last one with your company.
