Urban monkey as a Brand is awesome but the store of the brand is pathetic customer service is also not Good, basically they didn't interact with the customer, when asked for something they directly denied and give a weird looks, also I got t shirt from Store the price is tag was for 699. But they check on website and stated that this was wrong price tag although it's there clearly it's 699 but she told us that it's for 999, I don't have issue with pricing I got bunch of t shirt caps even accessories also from your website but the Store experience pathetic
For clothe and caps I already rated you as 5 stars
But for store it's such pathetic customer service experience I got at BKC store
